SMS / Text Messaging Terms
SMS/MMS Consent and Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Jeka Software, you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include account notifications, security alerts, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications related to our products and services.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity and account settings. While Jeka Software does not charge for text messages you receive, your mobile provider's standard rates for text and data may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your text and data plan.
Providing Your Telephone Number
You affirm that the mobile number you provide is accurate and current, and that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of that number. If your contact information changes, you agree to notify us promptly at support@jekasoftware.com prior to the change taking effect.
Consent to Receive Automated Communications
By voluntarily providing your telephone number, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Jeka Software regarding our products, services, and your relationship with us. You acknowledge that consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out Instructions
To unsubscribe from SMS/MMS messages at any time, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You may also email support@jekasoftware.com to request opt-out. You will receive a final confirmation message upon successful opt-out.

Carrier Participation
Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Not all carriers may support our SMS/MMS service. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participation Requirements
By participating in this service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, are a customer of a participating wireless carrier, and have a text messaging service plan. Compatibility and service availability may vary by carrier and device.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeka Software from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your voluntary provision of a telephone number not owned by you, failure to notify us of changes to your telephone number, or any violation of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or applicable state law equivalents.
