Each community can issue recurring vendor credentials with expiration dates and zone restrictions. Administrators issue, manage and revoke credentials from a central dashboard. All credential activity is logged.
Entry records for every property
Every entry is time-stamped and kept. The audit trail also records gate activations, credential changes, user logins and visitor processing, each with a timestamp. When a board asks a question, you pull the entry report for that property.
Staffed and unstaffed gates in one portfolio
Some of your communities have a staffed gate and some do not. At a staffed gate, the community's gate staff use Mission Control. At an unstaffed gate, visitors use the self-service kiosk with a PIN, a QR code or a directory call. Both gate types use the same cloud dashboard and the same audit trail.

MyWatchtower is cloud-based, with no local servers to install. A new site can be added in minutes with pre-defined user roles and configurations.
Enroll the residents
Residents request access to their community and to their property or unit. The property manager or administrator approves or rejects each request. An administrator can also invite a resident by email.

For an unstaffed gate, the only on-site requirement is the kiosk hardware and power.
